Qualifikationen

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per safety and code requirements.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and new move-ins.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Inspect property for safety and risk management concerns.
• Respond to resident questions calmly and resolve issues.
• Report concerns to management to keep the property in good repair.
