Progress Residential in Tampa, FL, seeks a Service Manager to lead the service and maintenance team for occupied single-family homes. You will supervise open service jobs, manage vendors, and ensure timely, quality repairs while upholding safety and HUD/HQS standards.

The role requires 5+ years in service/maintenance management, EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family, single family, military housing or equivalent
• EPA certified to handle refrigerants
• Valid Driver's License required
• Available to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings
• Ability to review cost estimates and scopes of work with current labor rates in given MSA
• Proven negotiation and vendor management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Oversee service jobs and maintenance for occupied homes
• Lead and manage designated area and team
• Review schedules, vendor pricing, and invoices for completed work
• Provide technical support to service technicians
• Ensure training completion and adherence to safety policies
• Coordinate Housing Choice Program inspections and compliance
• Manage vendor relations and onboarding
• Ensure health and safety compliance across properties
• Monitor resident satisfaction and response times
• Report on work performed and controls costs
