Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead service and maintenance for occupied single-family rental homes across the region. You will oversee open service jobs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resident satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in service/maintenance management, EPA refrigerant certification, and strong vendor and team leadership; a valid driver's license and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family or single-family housing.
• EPA certified to handle refrigerants.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and crews.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage service jobs to provide outstanding customer service and timely resolution.
• Review vendor schedules, pricing and invoices.
• Coordinate semi-annual home inspections for occupancy and lease costs.
• Ensure compliance with HUD HQS and local codes.
• Lead and develop service team and provide technical support.
