Job summary

Trust 1 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a coaching leader to elevate a strong service team. You’ll develop people, lead through inspiration, and maintain a data-driven focus on KPIs while turning customer outcomes into wins.

You’ll guide the team through tough conversations with honesty and respect, while staying hands-on and aligned with the owner’s expectations. This role rewards performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

• $130,000 base salary (range $100,000–$140,000 based on experience)

• Performance bonus up to $25,000 extra per year
