Unknown is seeking an experienced plumber/heating technician to install boilers, troubleshoot hydronic heating systems, and guide homeowners through repair options. You’ll lead jobs from start to finish, keep homes clean, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure confidence and satisfaction.

We offer two pay paths: hourly plus performance pay ($30–$55/hour) or 100% performance-based pay. Weekly pay and full benefits are provided in a supportive team environment.

We Need a Plumber Who Knows Boilers.

If you can install boilers, replace heating systems, and confidently work on residential hydronic heating, we want to talk to you.

We're growing and looking for an experienced plumber/heating technician who can do more than diagnose problems. We need someone who can install boilers correctly, troubleshoot heating systems, and lead customers through repair and replacement options with confidence.

• You're a great communicator. You can explain a failing water heater to a panicked homeowner without making them feel dumb

• You genuinely care about customers — not just closing the call, but solving the problem

You should be comfortable with:

• Installing and replacing residential boilers

• Working on hydronic heating systems

• Diagnosing boiler and heating-system problems

• Piping, circulators, pumps, valves, expansion tanks, controls, and related components

• Performing heating repairs, replacements, and maintenance

• Troubleshooting systems in the field and figuring out what's actually wrong

• Explaining repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners

We're especially interested in technicians who have hands-on boiler installation experience and can take ownership of a heating installation from start to finish.

Compensation — You Pick the Path

We offer two pay structures. Talk to us about which fits you best:

• Hourly + Performance Pay: $30–$55/hour based on experience, plus performance pay per invoice. Steady base, upside down.

• Straight Performance Pay: 100% performance-based. No ceiling. Built for the tech who wants to bet on themselves and win big.

Either way — weekly pay. You shouldn't wait for what you've earned.
