Trust 1 Services in Quincy, MA, is seeking a Service Manager Plumbing & HVAC who coaches a team of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Service Experts and Apprentices. You will lead with heart, drive revenue, and develop people to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management or leadership experience in residential services.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience in residential services is a big plus.
• A natural coach and communicator who leads with heart and holds high standards.
• Comfortable with data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• No trades license required; leadership and genuine love for building great teams.

Compensation

• $130,000 base salary (range $100,000–$140,000 based on experience)
• Performance bonus up to $25,000 extra per year
• Weekly pay — you shouldn't have to wait for what you've earned
