Job summary

Kendall Subaru of Eugene is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dealership's sales team and redefine the guest experience in the automotive industry.

You will coach staff, assist in closing sales, actively participate in price negotiations, appraise incoming vehicles, conduct trainings, supervise sales staff, manage inventory, and ensure policy compliance while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• This is not an entry level position.
• 1-2 years’ work experience with demonstrated success in vehicle sales.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
• Evenings and weekends schedule; extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in closing sales
• Actively participate in vehicle price negotiation
• Appraise incoming vehicles
• Conduct sales meetings and trainings
• Supervise sales staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance
• Stock an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory
• Plan, organize and control dealership sales activities
• Maintain knowledge and comply with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales
