Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Service Manager for The Arcadian at Victory Park in Dallas, TX. You will lead a maintenance team, oversee repairs, turnovers and daily operations to ensure premier resident service.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in residential maintenance, EPA Type I/II and CPO certifications, and a valid driver’s license. On-site role with opportunities for development and growth within a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance services for residential communities or related field.
• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and property operations.
• Fix and troubleshoot equipment and perform unit turns.
• Maintain exterior building and parking area cleanliness.
• Vendor management and other duties.
• Ensure safety programs and procedures are followed.
• Maintain superior resident service and communication with residents and colleagues.
• Implement preventative maintenance program with the team.
• Assist property manager with budgeted expectations.
• Train and develop technicians on property systems.
• Handle building emergencies promptly and participate in technical training.
