STYL Residential in San Jose, CA is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Technicians and oversee maintenance operations at Legacy Fountain Plaza. You will fix and troubleshoot equipment, complete unit turns, and uphold exceptional resident service while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance services for residential communities, holds EPA Type I/II and CPO certifications, and can manage vendors and inventories. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities
• EPA certification Type I and II is required
• CPO certification is required
• A valid Driver’s License may be required based on property needs
• Renovation experience is preferred

Responsabilités

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies are at appropriate levels
