Job summary

STYL Residential seeks a Service Manager in Salt Lake City to lead a team of Technicians and oversee maintenance operations. You will fix and troubleshoot equipment, complete unit turns, and uphold top-tier customer service for residents.

Ideal candidates will have extensive maintenance experience in multifamily communities, EPA Type I/II and CPO certifications, and proven vendor management. This role requires strong organization and on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities or related field.
• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• CPO certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and promptly.
• Maintain exterior areas and common spaces in a clean, safe condition.
• Manage vendors and other duties related to property maintenance.
• Supervise a team of Technicians and guide preventive maintenance programs.
