Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience in property management or similar.
• Prior supervision or team lead experience preferred.
• EPA or CFC certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and inspire the on-site maintenance team.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours.
• Prepare market-ready apartments within 3–5 days.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and inventory.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on budgeting, planning, and vendor relations.
• Uphold safety and Fair Housing compliance.
• Provide on-call emergency response on a rotating schedule.
