Job summary

honeygrow is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold standards, and coach a high-performing team. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, cash controls, and adherence to safety and brand guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

You will partner with the General Manager to develop staff, execute training, and maintain hg Engine excellence across shifts. Prior restaurant experience and ServSafe familiarity are valued traits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum one year of restaurant experience.
• Strong food prep experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Previous training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead honeygrow restaurant operations through understanding and enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural points.
• Support the General Manager in teaching the team how to be top performers empowered to achieve hg Standards.
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, knowledge, and the ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members alike while promoting the culture, values, and mission of honeygrow.
• Oversee cash management, nightly report packaging, and all other administrative work relative to daily operations.
• Actively train, coach, and develop all employees with patience and diligence.
