Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air seeks a Plumbing Service Manager to lead the Plumbing & Drain team and grow a high-performing residential service business in Everett, WA. This role blends hands-on leadership with team development, operational excellence, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.

You will coach technicians, manage daily service operations, and drive safety and quality.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, drain service, or related home-services environment.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in plumbing or home services.
Plumbing license or trade certifications are a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop plumbing and drain service technicians and support team members.
Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to safety, service, and performance standards.
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Support technicians with coaching, technical guidance, ride-alongs, training, and performance development.
Help recruit, onboard, and retain talented plumbing professionals.
