Job summary

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead the Plumbing & Drain team and drive growth in a high-performing residential service business.

This hands-on, people-focused leader will balance team development, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance, with a view to expanding growth and building a strong team culture in Washington state.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, drain service, or related home-services.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in plumbing or home services.
• Strong understanding of plumbing service and drain operations.
• Plumbing license or relevant trade certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing and drain service technicians and support team members.
• Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to safety, service, and performance standards.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Support technicians with coaching, technical guidance, ride-alongs, training, and performance development.
• Help recruit, onboard, and retain talented plumbing professionals.
• Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable codes, company standards, and best practices.
• Partner with leadership and other departments to improve processes and create a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Plumbing & Drain business and strengthen team performance.
