Qualifications

• Five years in service, sales or a management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with high service standards.
• Proficient with work order management and reporting systems.
• Experience in strategic planning and financial management.
• Strong problem solving and creative thinking.
• Meticulous attention to financial and safety matters.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Openness to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach electricians, ensuring adherence to our systems and standards.
• Direct oversight of performance and sales activities of the team.
• Lead and train staff using our proven process.
• Monitor field performance and guide improvements.
• Ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
• Lead weekly team meetings to discuss pipeline, challenges, and safety compliance.
• Develop customer rapport to effectively sell products and services.
• Coordinate with customer service and dispatch to drive business success.
• Manage team schedules to meet demand and seasonal spikes.
• Control service work within budget constraints and produce department reports.
• Recruit and onboard new electricians; manage truck stock and vehicle policy.
