Qualifications

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: strong people management, leadership, communication.
• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE P2 and G1 certifications recommended; State Inspection License where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is priority and compliance with policies.
• Build an extraordinary team to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Schedule and manage the team to cover all hours of operation.
• Maintain facility and equipment, and ensure resources meet customer needs.
• Enforce the Code of Ethics and municipal, state and federal regulations.
• Communicate with management and act as policy administrator.
