Job summary

VIP is seeking a Service Manager in New Hampshire to lead a high-performing auto service team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to safety standards.

You will hire and develop staff, schedule to meet demand, supervise service desk operations, and ensure compliance with codes and policies; ASE certifications and licenses are preferred.

This exempt full-time role requires strong leadership, communication, and operations oversight across facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Equivalents: an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety is Priority #1; follow safety policies and trainings.
• Build an extraordinary team; hire, develop, and coach staff.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
• Communicate with team via daily huddles and store meetings.
• Deliver the 5 for 5 process to educate customers about vehicle conditions.
