Rollins, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an Orkin Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation and develop the Orkin Pros to deliver top-notch pest control.

You will blend technical knowledge with people leadership, coach teams, recruit, train, and oversee scheduling, safety, and customer service excellence.

This role offers a company vehicle, competitive pay at $60,000–$70,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to contribute to the community.

Qualifications

• Field Service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees at varying experience levels.
• At least two years of lead experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
• Ability to problem solve in a tactful and professional manner, as well as the ability to think quickly and efficiently on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations and motivate the team to deliver world-class service.
• Develop and mentor Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Oversee recruiting and training meetings.
• Ensure safety and customer satisfaction in every engagement.
• Partner with community service initiatives.
• Champion adoption of new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory for efficiency.
