Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop our service team, delivering world-class pest control service and earning customer trust through empathy and integrity. You will oversee training, recruiting, scheduling and innovation while supporting community service projects that improve where you live and work.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after training.
• Motivate the service team to deliver top-notch service with safety.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and empathetic service.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
