Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
Motivate the service team to provide top service while prioritizing safety.
Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
Lead training meetings.
Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride-Along program.
Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies.
