Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Orkin service operation in Broadview, IL, driving top‑notch service and safety compliance across the team.

You will mentor Orkin Pros, coordinate training, and collaborate with leadership to grow revenue through exceptional customer experiences while upholding our mission and values. This role emphasizes leadership, empathy, and reliability in pest management.

Qualifications

• Field service experience required or preferred.
• At least two years of lead experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride‑Along program.
