Rollins, Inc. – Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in Indiana to lead a pest-management team, blend technical pest knowledge with leadership, and ensure top-notch service with empathy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top service while prioritizing safety.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and action plans.
• Support adoption of new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiency.
