Orkin in the United States is seeking a Service Manager who will lead a high-performance service operation, train and motivate a team of Orkin Pros, and deliver top-notch pest control service with safety and integrity.

You’ll oversee scheduling, route optimization, and customer relations, with a competitive starting salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus a company vehicle and gas card, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities in a mission-driven, recession-resistant industry.

• Experience leading field-service or sales teams.

• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after training.
• Motivate the team to deliver best-in-class service with safety.
• Recruit top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and drive performance.
• Oversee the Ride-Along program for field staff.
• Ensure customer expectations are met via inspections and actions.
• Champion adoption of new products and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to improve efficiency.
