Job summary

You will drive sales, profit and payroll goals, manage budgets, train staff in sales techniques, and support service reps during pickups and deliveries, with a focus on safe, world-class service.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a customer-facing service team, including hiring and performance management.
• Provide leadership to ensure a safe working environment and high customer satisfaction.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals.
• Support service representatives with on-site activities and customer visits as needed, including driving a company vehicle.
