Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management, ensuring world-class service, and achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals.

You will provide hands-on support, train staff on sales techniques, and foster a safe working environment while resolving customer issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage the performance of the Service team.
• Lead overall team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide safety-focused leadership and resolve customer issues.
• Train team on effective sales techniques and goodwill at customer sites.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and payroll; ensure goals are met.
• Occasionally accompany service reps or visit customers to assist with pickups/deliveries.
