Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in automotive repair industry as technician, service advisor, or service manager.
• Strong technical acumen of automotive repair standards and tools.
• Experience mentoring technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs with a professional approach.
• Assist Store Manager in interviewing, selecting and training service technicians.
• Evaluate knowledge and performance of technicians; support development and promotions.
• Support store goals: service sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, safety, productivity.
• Oversee daily work orders including time, tools, materials and equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and support diagnosis for various makes and models.
• Support training to ensure skill improvement across technician levels.
• Ensure safe operations and proper use of tools; manage replacements within budget.
• Maintain policies, safety standards and store cleanliness.
• Assist in analyzing financial data to improve underperforming stores.
