DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn daily operations, lead service and sales efforts, and drive profitability across our automotive service centers. You will work with the Store Manager to develop staff, optimize staffing, and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

The role requires proven experience leading operations in retail sales, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a retail sales management position.
• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Learn to interview, select and train service technicians.
• Lead store staff in selling, servicing, and repairing vehicles for efficiency and profitability.
• Achieve store KPI targets including gross profit, tire sales, and service dollar goals.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on repair procedures and customer service standards.
• Schedule front and back shop staff to cover all operating hours.
