Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry as a technician, service advisor, or service manager required.
• Previous experience supporting or mentoring technicians strongly preferred.
• Strong technical acumen of automotive repair standards, tools, processes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their tire and automotive service needs with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Partners with Store Manager to interview, train service technicians and develop technical expertise.
• Assist in evaluating technician knowledge, skills and performance and recommend development actions.
• Support store performance goals including service sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily work orders and allocate resources to service requests.
