Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the automotive repair industry (technician, service advisor, or service manager).
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair standards and tools.
• Ability to mentor technicians and maintain high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in interviewing, selecting, and training service technicians.
• Assist in evaluating technician performance and development.
• Support store performance goals: service sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily work orders, tool usage, and parts inventory.
• Provide technical support for diverse vehicle makes and models.
• Promote safety, policy adherence, and shop cleanliness.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive operational excellence.
