Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in automotive repair industry as technician, service advisor, or service manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair standards, tools, processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to learn interviewing, selecting and training service technicians.
• Assist in evaluating knowledge, skills and performance of technicians and provide input on development.
• Support store performance goals including service sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction and safety.
• Oversee daily work orders including time, tools, and materials.
