Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive repair industry as technician, service advisor, or service manager required.
• Experience mentoring technicians preferred.
• Strong technical acumen of automotive repair standards, tools, processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in interviewing, selecting and training service technicians.
• Help evaluate technician knowledge and performance; support development and promotions.
• Assist in achieving service sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, safety and efficiency goals.
