BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager II to coordinate the work of staff who repair and maintain a 300-500 unit community. The role is nonexempt and hourly, reporting to the Community Manager, with daily scheduling, budgeting, and safety oversight.

Requires at least five years of maintenance/safety experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to supervise a large team; EPA certifications may be required by local jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five or more years of maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and help respond resident/management requests for the property.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritize tasks.
• High School diploma – preferred.
• Oversee 300-500 units in one community.

Responsabilités

• Using independent judgment, completes maintenance employee schedules and communicates assignments to maintenance staff and coordinates with the Community Manager.
• Responsible for safety and skill training for all maintenance employees and OSHA compliance.
• Daily property and grounds inspections to identify maintenance needs and hazards; ensure repairs/ replacements meet company standards.
• Understands and enforces safety regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee equipment inspection, maintenance, installation, repairs, replacements and tool security.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs per BH guidelines.
• Ensure team adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Share on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team and respond to resident requests.
