Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate maintenance and repair work across our properties. You will prepare and assign schedules, oversee safety training, and ensure repairs meet BH standards while managing inventory and budget considerations.

Ideal candidates have at least four years of progressive maintenance experience, OSHA/safety knowledge, and the ability to work with management to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II HVAC, and Certified Pool Operator certifications required.
• Advanced computer skills to coordinate resident/management requests and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance staff and communicate assignments to team.
• Assist site staffing needs with the Community Manager.
• Ensure safety training and conduct property safety audits.
• Inspect, repair, and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs to property and equipment.
