• High School diploma preferred; industry hands-on experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance staff and tasks with the Community Manager.
• Ensure safety training and OSHA compliance for all maintenance personnel.
• Inspect property grounds and facilities, assign repairs, and monitor projects to company standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and inventory budgets.
• Assist with on-call rotations and respond to resident requests and incidents.
