Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a Service Manager II to coordinate maintenance for a 300-500 unit community. The role is hourly, full-time, on-site, reporting to the Community Manager with rotating on-call duties.

Responsibilities include scheduling, safety training, budgeting, and ensuring quality repairs. The candidate should have 5+ years in maintenance, HVAC knowledge, and EPA certifications; a High School diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five or more years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills to coordinate and respond to resident/management requests.
• Oversee 300-500 units in one community.
• High school diploma preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I/II/Universal with CPO where required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance employee schedules and assign tasks.
• Oversee safety training and routine property audits.
• Inspect grounds, identify hazards, and monitor repairs.
• Maintain inventory and monitor the monthly maintenance budget.
• Support on-call duties and respond to resident requests.
