Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager II to oversee maintenance and repair operations across a multifamily community. You will coordinate schedules, supervise a team, and ensure property safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

The role involves budgeting, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with vendors. Strong technical skills, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to manage a large portfolio of units are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five or more years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry technology to coordinate and respond to resident/management requests for the property.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritize tasks; assigns tasks to large team.
• High School diploma – preferred.
• Oversee 300-500 units in one community

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules and assign maintenance tasks.
• Oversee safety training and property safety audits.
• Inspect property and grounds for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented and documented per BH guidelines.
• Respond to on-call duties and weather-related needs as required
