Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a Service Manager I to coordinate maintenance crews and oversee repairs at multifamily properties. You will schedule, train, and monitor safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA andBH standards throughout daily operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, managing tools and inventory, and responding to resident requests while supporting on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA Core, Type I–Appliances, Type II–HVAC, Certified Pool Operator certifications required.
• Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance employee schedules and assign tasks to staff.
• Coordinate site staffing with the Community Manager.
• Assess training needs and schedule programs for maintenance staff.
• Provide safety training for all maintenance personnel.
• Conduct daily property/grounds inspections to identify hazards.
• Ensure repairs and replacements meet BH standards, including rehab/construction.
• Support resident satisfaction follow-up by maintenance team.
• Share on-call responsibilities, including weather events, with the team.
• Respond to resident requests per company standards.
