Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate repairs and maintenance across buildings and facilities. This role plans schedules, oversees work, and may involve new construction or modifications, with a focus on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to resident/management requests.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance employee work and assign tasks.
• Coordinate site staffing with the Community Manager.
• Identify and train staff as needed and schedule training.
• Provide safety training for all maintenance employees.
• Inspect property and grounds daily for maintenance needs and hazards.
• Ensure repairs and replacements meet company standards and oversee rehab projects.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and follow up with maintenance staff.
