Qualifications

• Education and experience align with supervisory service roles.
• Aerial lift and forklift certification required.
• 5–8 years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, evaluates, and motivates technicians for productive work.
• Model and enforce values-based leadership across the shop.
• Manage staffing, safety, and quality in a repair/service environment.
• Implement department policies and monitor work processes.
• Oversee timekeeping, reports, and shop maintenance.
• Plan work, enforce procedures, and pursue improvements.
• Coach for safe work practices and customer service goals.
• Control expenses through warranty and damage recovery, and manage fleet.
• Maintain facilities and comply with safety policies.
