Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers is seeking a Service Manager to proactively develop and manage the service department, maximizing customer and employee satisfaction while contributing to profitability. You will lead daily operations, drive service solutions, and ensure compliant, efficient workflows across the shop.

The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong people skills to deliver Legendary Customer Service and maintain high quality standards within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in business/management/technical or related field or equivalent experience.
• CDL preferred/ability to obtain; dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily service department operations to maximize customer and employee satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standards for service quality and shop efficiency.
• Monitor service shop workflow, parts coordination, and warranty processes.
• Drive service sales through portfolio communication and customer relationships.
• Maintain KPIs, budgets, and departmental safety and compliance.
