Qualifications

• At least 7 years of diesel-powered heavy equipment repair experience preferred.
• Ability and knowledge to read/use schematics and diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Rebuild, repair, and maintain equipment and components.
• Communicate customer needs to shop management.

Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs

Attention to detail

Proficient with CAT ET / CAT SIS 2.0

Ability to read/use schematics

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduation from a diesel technology program

Tools

Basic mechanic hand tools
