Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to create solutions for increased revenue and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with accounting to report expenditures.
• Develop and maintain restaurant SOPs.
• Recruit and train hourly staff to uphold company culture.
• Grow and maintain in-house training program for hourly staff.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly Manager meetings.
• Work with the chef team to ensure 100% guest satisfaction during service.
• Maintain sanitation standards and comply with health regulations.
