Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager for Overhead Door Company of Greenville. You will manage equipment, service, and installation technicians, directly leading our entry door systems service and installation business with strong customer interaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and excellent communication with organizational and mechanical aptitude. A valid driver’s license is required. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ work experience; preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities with a commercial building products and materials company that fixes/repairs/installs equipment/products.
• Must be an excellent communicator who is highly organized and possesses a good mechanical aptitude.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own department Budget and P&L with control over labor and material costs.
• Schedule/dispatch for employees and jobs; assist with technical troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers to ensure top‑quality service.
• Develop, train, hire technicians, office staff, and trainees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
