You will lead training and performance management while driving sales and guest satisfaction in a dynamic restaurant environment.

The role emphasizes enforcing policies, managing liquor costs, and developing employees through coaching and one-on-one feedback, with a focus on safety and food handling protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in restaurant operations.
• Experience in Front of House management and training.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce policies and oversee cleanliness and safety of guests.
• Provide or direct Front of House training.
• Manage performance, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee liquor orders, costs, and compliance with liquor laws.
• Develop key employees through daily feedback and coaching.
• Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House staff.
• Schedule staff and assign tasks during and after open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and contests/night events.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
