Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage all Front of House employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests.

The role includes driving sales, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Qualified candidates will manage liquor orders, train staff, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in hiring while creating engaging staff incentives.

Responsabilités

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key FOH staff through daily feedback in reviews
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work, setting hours and schedules
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and goals
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
