Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Providing Front of House training.
• Managing performance: evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Developing key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff.
• Directing work: hours, schedules, and task assignment before/during/after opening hours.
• Creating a fun, safe environment by living our core values, running contests and incentives.
• Understanding and applying safe food handling procedures.
