Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage FOH employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests. You will drive sales, ensure compliance with policies, and lead training and performance reviews.

The role includes scheduling, liquor cost control, and development of key staff while maintaining a fun, safe work environment and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House teams in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety policies.
• Ability to train and develop hourly staff and managers.
• Proven track record of scheduling and labor cost control.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide Front of House training and coach staff.
• Manage performance, evaluations, and discipline for FOH team.
• Oversee liquor orders and cost controls; ensure Responsible Service guidelines.
• Conduct interviews and assist hiring of FOH staff; set weekly schedules.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and goals.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
