• Manage Front of House performance with evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Develop key employees and hourly staff via daily feedback.
• Review applications and hire Front of House staff.
• Set hours, schedules, and assign tasks during open hours.
• Create a fun, safe team environment with incentives.
