• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees through daily feedback in one-on-ones
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work, setting hours, and assigning tasks before, during and after open hours
