Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage Front of House employees, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests.

The role focuses on leadership, training, and optimizing guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant. You will drive service standards, supervise scheduling, enforce policies, and develop key staff while maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-energy work environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading Front of House teams.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
• Strong guest service focus and sales skills.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and safety policies.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide Front of House training and evaluate staff performance.
• Manage liquor orders and costs; enforce Responsible Alcohol Service.
• Recruiting and hiring Front of House staff.
• Set weekly schedules and assign tasks.
